Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to join our Automation & Delivery team.
In this role, you’ll help drive last-mile campaign delivery by building personalized and scalable experiences across email, messaging, and web touchpoints.
You’ll own technical execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including journey building, automation and end-to-end execution.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
5–7 years of hands‑on experience in SFMC, with deep knowledge of Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL, and cross‑channel campaign execution.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud for campaign targeting and personalization
Proficiency with Knack, including logic structuring and audience governance.
Experience with Splash, Zoom, and dynamic content tools like Movable Ink and highspot.
Excellent organizational and technical project management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑heavy environment.
Self‑starter mindset with a strong bias for execution and continuous optimization
