Overview Seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for original and licensed entertainment content. The ideal professional brings a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to deliver compelling campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and viewership. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about television, film, and pop culture.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in marketing, content strategy, or campaign management, preferably within entertainment, media, or streaming industries.
Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for high-visibility content or IP.
Experience writing briefs, leading campaign strategy, and managing partner relationships.
Strong collaboration skills with internal cross-functional teams (Media, Creative, PR, CRM, Social, Research, etc.) and external vendors.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both strategic and creative energy to every project.
Deep enthusiasm for TV, film, and entertainment culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for original and licensed titles across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
Oversee campaign strategy, creative brief development, and end-to-end execution to meet audience and brand objectives.
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive execution.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, data-informed delivery.
Analyze results and audience engagement metrics to guide optimization and future strategy.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and industry best practices to continually enhance campaign impact.
Support broader brand and audience engagement initiatives across multiple genres and content categories.
