Base pay range $85.00/hr - $85.00/hr
Overview Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional enterprise teams. This role drives efficient execution, fosters collaboration, and promotes continuous improvement to ensure successful delivery of business solutions within corporate functions.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Manager in a large, matrixed environment.
Proven success facilitating Agile delivery for corporate or enterprise functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, etc.).
Strong expertise in Scrum facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring productive and outcome‑driven sessions.
Guide and empower Agile teams supporting enterprise‑level initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal domains.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine vision, maintain backlogs, and prioritize work for maximum business impact.
Identify and remove impediments, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous delivery.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles to enhance adoption and consistency across the organization.
Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, forecasting) to leadership for transparency and improvement.
Champion collaboration, alignment with corporate standards, and continuous learning across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale).
Advanced certifications such as A‑CSM, CSP‑SM, or PMI‑ACP are a plus.
