This role reports to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing and is a key member of Litera's growth marketing team driving demand generation and marketing at-scale to support global sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Partner with product marketing and content teams to design and execute demand generation programs with content offerings mapped to buyer personas, pain points, and buying cycles Collaborate with Sales Leaders to develop whitespace and ABM programs to drive incremental pipeline and bookings Forecast, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation and awareness activities; report on metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI Coordinate landing page creation, email copy, and automated workflows to support digital programs Manage and execute global virtual events, webinars, multi-touch emails, and third-party sponsorships Work with the BDR team and Customer Success Managers to improve MEL, MQL, and SQL conversion rates and lead-handling processes Qualifications
5-8 years of industry experience Proficient with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense) Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making Why Join Litera

We are transitioning to a hybrid working model. This position is based in available office locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance as on-site presence is required at least three days per week. Salary note:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents: salary range $60,000 to $70,000, with pay based on factors including education, experience, and certifications.
