Our mission is to provide an inclusive experience and the most time-efficient strength-based workout for clients of all skill levels. With over 20 locations across 6 states, SWEAT440 is expanding rapidly as a leading fitness franchise. Our classes start a new small group every 10 minutes, fitting seamlessly into people's schedules.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Boca Raton, FL. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This role also entails leading and motivating the team, maintaining the facility, handling client inquiries, and implementing projects to enhance studio performance.
