Ci is seeking a motivated and experienced industry professional to contribute to our commercial architectural projects in our

Baltimore

office.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional experience

Prepare and technical design of commercial projects

Analyze and propose design solutions to meet client needs

Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants

Assist with project specifications

Tasks that require innovative techniques and procedures

Project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality

Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs

Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements

Multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving

Excellent design and presentation skills; capable of engaging with clients and consultants

Proficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems design

Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projects

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred
