xETFs

products in the first quarter of 2026.

The Role We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Strategy Manager

to lead and execute xETFs’ digital presence across various platforms. This person will shape our story, grow our online community, and bring our brand to life. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with leadership, media partners, and external creators to make xETFs an engaging ETF brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and more.

Own the multi‑platform content calendar – create posts, videos, ads, and carousels explaining ETF strategies (e.g., “How a levered ETF works”).

Collaborate with design and product teams to turn complex investment ideas into clear, engaging visuals.

Brand Voice & Community Building

Bring the brand to life through founder‑led stories and thought leadership.

Build, grow, and engage our online communities.

Connect with the retail investor community via polls, AMAs, memes, and live Q&A sessions.

Collaborate with ETF influencers, creators, and finance voices to amplify our message and expand reach.

Launch creative marketing campaigns around our brand and new products.

Track KPIs including followers, engagement, video views, and digital reach.

Analyze content performance and identify insights to drive growth and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in

social media, marketing, or communications , ideally in

financial services, fintech, or asset management.

Deep understanding of digital platforms — especially LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Excellent design, writing, and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex financial concepts engaging and easy to understand.

Experience with visual content creation (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).

Passion for markets, ETFs, and investor education.

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment.

Creative and analytical mindset.
