Senior Business Recruiter, GTM and Marketing We’re looking to hire a Senior Business Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruiting across a variety of roles on our GTM, Marketing, Comms, and Policy teams.

Base pay range:

$150,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

Team Overview Whatnot is the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, blending community, shopping and entertainment. Our remote co‑located teams across the US, UK, Germany, Ireland and Poland build the future of online marketplaces.

Role

Lead hiring for critical roles across GTM and Marketing; partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to shape recruiting priorities and influence decisions.

Source talent using creative channels beyond LinkedIn and innovate to reach top candidates.

Act as a full‑cycle recruiter: source, screen, manage candidates through interviews and close.

Manage pipelines for 5–10 open roles simultaneously across varying seniority levels.

Develop job posts, hiring plans and screening rubrics; work with managers to refine descriptions and guide the hiring process.

Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth the recruiting experience.

Mentor peers, share best practices and help build a culture of continuous improvement.

Build scalable recruiting processes that can scale with company growth.

Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

7+ years recruiting for GTM, Sales and/or Marketing roles in high‑growth startups or fast‑paced companies.

Experience evaluating candidates for business roles at multiple seniority levels.

Full‑stack recruiting experience managing the entire lifecycle of a candidate.

Strong sourcing skills and ability to nurture relationships with passive talent.

Comfortable with high accountability, fast pace and managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Excellent candidate experience skills; empathetic, human and detail‑oriented.

Highly organized and able to balance competing priorities.

Data‑focused; measure pipeline health and set hiring manager expectations.

Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.
