What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and launch digital advertising campaigns within programmatic environments
Monitor live campaigns daily for performance, pacing, and delivery, making data-driven optimizations
Pull performance data and input it into standardized reporting templates, identifying actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams including media planners, account managers, and creative teams
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in digital media, preferably in programmatic advertising or media buying
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with digital analytics and tracking setup
Familiarity with audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and data onboarding
Experience working in or with agencies or in-house digital teams
