Description We are looking for an exceptional and experienced
Senior Product Designer, Women’s Health
to join our Women’s Health Squad. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Science teams to build powerful tools that help users understand their reproductive health in the context of overall wellbeing. You will iterate on mobile features, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and drive the design vision for Oura’s mobile experience. This is a hybrid‑remote role with an expectation to work from our San Francisco offices at least half‑time.
Responsibilities
Design UX & UI for Oura mobile app features and the overall design system.
Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to create and iterate on mobile features, continually innovating Oura’s mobile experience.
Create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver pixel‑perfect visual designs that grow user engagement and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with and share feedback with the product design team to maintain UX excellence and brand consistency across channels.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure features fit into a holistic app experience.
Communicate the design vision and rally alignment across the organization with clear, compelling messaging.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer for a rapidly scaling or mass‑market mobile application.
A portfolio showcasing high‑quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.
Mastery of Figma and other relevant design tools.
Excellent prototyping skills.
Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Experience working with international and distributed teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of mobile design patterns (and when to break them).
Passion for women’s health.
