Overview As a Manager, Media Technology, you’ll lead digital production–focused projects through to execution, implementing effective team approaches and develop technology strategies that improve the process and power our clients’ businesses forward.
Responsibilities
Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate offshore resources for dynamic creative, business decks, etc.
Owner of overall campaign process and governance
Supporting internal teams and partners in the delivery of solutions, insights and recommendations
Review the team’s work and ensure deliverables match the original request such as reviewing and constructing data/matrix inputs against overall strategy needs from clients and cross‑agency teams to ensure proper measurement and execution outputs
Troubleshoot dynamic creative (Flashtalking) and track issues that may arise throughout the process
Bringing to the table a deep understanding of the best digital marketing capabilities and emerging innovations, and driving development of thoughtful and actionable implementation and measurable strategies
Being the “big picture” person – maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of the next steps needed
Effectively using and explaining campaign implementation resources (e.g., Flashtalking dynamic creative and Nielsen measurement) to relevant parties
Building strong vendor, inter‑departmental and client relationships – you’ll win their respect and be recognized as a leader on the business
Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
Qualifications
A four‑year college education and five to seven years of experience, preferably in a creative agency – including 1‑3 years in ad operations in an agency or marketing company with relevant interactive experience
Hands‑on experience working with media technology including ad servers, rich media vendors, and optimizers
A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative structure
Great technical skills and working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions
Experience with Flashtalking platform for Dynamic Creative
Solid understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g., OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) are built
Strong collaboration, flexibility and ability to operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances
Team management skills working with a globally distributed team
A stellar ability to problem‑solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind
Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $111,320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
