Role Overview
Own the end-to-end events engine including strategy, budgets, timelines, venue and vendor management, run-of-show, and contingency planning
Design program formats tailored for different expert segments such as clinicians, AI researchers, and legal specialists
Build community at scale by creating playbooks, host kits, and ambassador programs empowering experts to run branded meetups
Drive marketing and growth efforts using landing pages, email/SMS campaigns, social media, partnerships, and press to attract the right audiences
Recruit speakers, moderate sessions, and repurpose event content into highlight reels, quotes, and case studies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Events, and Operations teams
Develop and manage partner ecosystems by building relationships with universities, professional societies, conferences, and labs
About You (Training support will be provided)
Experienced operator who seamlessly manages complex events from contracts to speaker preparation without losing detail
Community-first mindset with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills both on stage and one-to-one
Tech and AI fluent with up-to-date knowledge of AI trends
Marketing savvy with hands-on experience in campaign planning, social media, and brand consistency
Analytical thinker who defines success metrics and iterates using data
Self-starter with a proven track record of building companies, clubs, conferences, or creator communities
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with education in Business, Economics, Advertising, Marketing Analytics, or related fields advantageous
Bonus Points
Experience engaging professional audiences including physicians, lawyers, researchers, or academia (PhD and Master’s students)
Existing online or in-person community audience
Comfortable speaking on stage or on camera
Familiarity with tools such as Circle, Airtable, Notion, Figma, Eventbrite/Luma/Splash, HubSpot/Marketo, and dashboarding tools
