Leadership Program – Sales, Marketing, CX Company: Acuity Inc.

Location: Remote, United States (travel up to 20%)

Program Summary: The Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) Leadership Program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high‑potential early‑career talent into impactful professionals. Participants rotate every six months across functional areas, gaining cross‑functional business acumen and skill proficiency. Upon graduation, participants understand how they fit into the larger company strategy and have the necessary skills to advance into future leadership roles at Acuity Brands.

Program Start: January 12, 2026

Primary Responsibilities

Work on projects alongside experienced colleagues within assigned functional areas.

Participate in foundational and structured training to develop essential knowledge.

Engage in intentional connectivity activities to build relationships and increase exposure.

Rotate through opportunities such as Brand and Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, CX Order / Technical / Warranty Support, CX Project Management, Regional Field Sales, Sales Channel Effectiveness, and others.

Skills & Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Leadership experience influencing change and processes (highly preferred).

Team‑oriented, initiative‑driven attitude (highly preferred).

Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred).

Salary & Benefits Compensation range: $55,300 – $99,500 annually. Benefits include health care, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plans, and commission/incentive compensation depending on role.
