Job Description Visa is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to help drive the transformation of Global Marketing Services through Artificial Intelligence. This role will focus on hands‑on development, execution, adoption, and optimization of AI tools and processes, partnering closely with Digital Experiences & Capabilities (DXC), Technology, Legal, and Regional and Local Marketing Services Teams. The Senior Manager will play a key role in enabling operational excellence, supporting change management, and ensuring the Marketing Services team leverages AI to deliver impactful results for clients worldwide.

Reporting to the Senior Director, AI Transformation, Global Marketing Services, the manager will closely partner with DXC to support key workflows, initiatives, and efforts.

Key Responsibilities

AI Program Execution:

Support and manage AI initiatives for Marketing Services, including project planning, milestone tracking, and performance measurement to ensure successful delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with DXC, Technology, Legal, and Marketing teams to coordinate resources and deliverables, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.

Ambassador Enablement:

Engage Marketing Services AI Ambassadors to pilot new capabilities, gather feedback, and promote adoption across the organization.

Change Management:

Assist in driving the rollout and adoption of AI tools, supporting communications and training efforts tailored to Marketing Services’ needs.

Reporting & Insights:

Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting progress, impacts, risks, and opportunities.

Legal & Compliance:

Collaborate with Legal to ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory and company standards around the world.

Process Improvement:

Participate in process mapping and re‑engineering efforts to identify and address bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Own specific deliverables and inputs related to these efforts.

Training & Communication:

Help build and execute training and change management plans to support new tools and processes.

Support Strategic Initiatives:

Contribute to new strategic projects and initiatives as business needs arise.

Qualifications

Basic:

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred:

9+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree or 3+ years with a PhD. Demonstrated hands‑on experience with a variety of AI tools and platforms; strong comfort and expertise in leveraging AI technologies to drive business results. Experience in payments, program management, or marketing technology. Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable impact.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.

Track record of supporting change management and technology adoption.

Experience collaborating with technology and digital teams on product development and deployment.

Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.

Highly organized, action‑oriented, and responsive.

Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work across regions and business units.

Experience within Visa Marketing Services is preferred but not required.

Acceptable Position Locations Based in Visa San Francisco Office in Mission Rock. The global nature of the role requires flexibility to accommodate meetings across many time zones.

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Hybrid: expected to work from the office three days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) with about 50% office time.

Travel Requirements 10–15% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements Position performed in an office setting; will require sitting, standing, communicating in person and by telephone, and using standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
