Our client is seeking a Design Modeler, who will be responsible for learning and delegating task execution of projects ranging in scope and scale with oversight. They receive feedback and guidance from a technical lead who is responsible for the model and drawing quality. WORK SCHEDULE 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays POSITION TYPE Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT Remote ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Produce structural drawings and create Revit Models that meet quality standards: Check the quality of own work Handle project detailing and annotation Conduct basic model execution and revision Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled Follow BIM content standards and development procedures Provide high level options for technical lead for areas that require direction Execute Sprint Plan tasks: Review delegated tasks, communicate learning or questions, commit, and execute plan of approach and check in cadence Communicate early and often when roadblocks to the plan are identified Develop understanding of personal efficiency in areas of proficiency Participate in client coordination: Communicate with clients through client meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges in collaboration with the Lead Modeler Coordinate drawing development with technical staff Communicate updates to project team Participate in and execute continuous improvement activities: Seek out and participate in continuing education Grow proficiency in material, market, and project types QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree or combined education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred 1 year of full-time work experience in structural design or related field preferred 1 year of Revit experience Python, Tekla, and SDSII experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
