About us

Caffè Borbone brings authentic Italian espresso culture to North America with a fast‑growing portfolio across DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and retail partners. Our U.S. is building a modern, data‑driven ecommerce engine, pairing our rich coffee heritage with digital excellence to delight customers at home, at work, and everywhere they brew.

Role Summary

Caffè Borbone America is seeking a Senior Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to own the full‑funnel growth engine across DTC and Marketplaces through oversight of our agency partners. You will pace weekly budgets, run the integrated promo & email/SMS calendar, operate affiliate/influencer programs, and drive a disciplined test‑and‑learn roadmap that improves ROAS/TACoS, CAC/payback, and revenue, without compromising contribution margin.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Growth & Budget Pacing

Lead weekly budget pacing with agencies (Amazon Search/DSP, Google, Meta); recommend reallocations vs. guardrails (ROAS/TACoS, CPA, payback).

Maintain a living testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, placements, landing pages) with clear hypotheses, and success criteria.

Partner with Finance on forecasting & reconciliation; translate results into CFO‑friendly metrics (payback, CM‑after‑ads), highlighting risks & upsides.

Campaign & Lifecycle Orchestration

Manage a single integrated campaign/promo calendar spanning DTC + Marketplaces (offers, timing, assets, and landing pages).

Co‑own email/SMS planning in Klaviyo with lifecycle partners: segmentation, cadence, test designs (subject, creative, offer), and post‑mortems.

Brief creative with message–audience–offer clarity; ensure landing pages/Store updates are briefed and ticketed; Ops owns build & QA.

Affiliate & Influencer Operations

In collaboration with agency partner, source, brief, and track creators/affiliates; manage codes/links, content QA, and attribution summaries.

Maintain a steady pipeline of UGC/creator assets to refresh paid and organic placements; monitor CPA and incremental lift.

Measurement, Reporting & Insight

Publish one concise Weekly Business Review to present to leadership.

Consume AMC/GA4 (or agency readouts) to separate prospecting vs. remarketing and quantify incrementality where feasible.

Document wins/learns; roll proven tactics into standards.

Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure promos, bundles, price logic, and Store updates are live, stack correctly, and don’t harm BFCM anchors.

Hold agencies to SLAs and clear priorities; elevate with data and next steps.

Contribute to launch checklists for new products across DTC/Amazon/Walmart.

Qualifications Must‑Haves

3–6 years in growth/performance or digital marketing with hands‑on planning and agency leadership across paid search/social; Amazon experience required (Search; DSP exposure preferred).

Track record building weekly pacing and testing roadmaps; fluency explaining ROAS vs. payback and CM‑after‑ads.

GA4 and Excel/Sheets proficiency (pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP; light modeling); comfort consuming AMC or incrementality readouts.

Experience coordinating email/SMS (Klaviyo), landing pages, and promo calendars; strong brief‑writing and QA discipline.

Owner’s mindset: Proactive, organized, and biased to action; manages a crisp weekly operating rhythm.

Analytical judgment: Connects channel metrics to business outcomes; proposes data‑backed trade‑offs.

Communication: Executive‑ready summaries; clear creative/ops briefs; timely escalations.

Collaboration: Productive with Ops, CS, Finance, and agencies; holds others to SLAs.

Own the Weekly Business Review (WBR) narrative and actions; consolidate inputs across channels.

Hold marketing agencies (Amazon Search/DSP, Google, Meta, creators/affiliates) to SLAs and priority roadmaps.
