The Role The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the DTC growth strategy at Fera. This includes managing day‑to‑day Shopify operations, building out the DTC marketing funnel strategy, managing our partner agencies and contractors, and having accountability for hitting the DTC revenue and profitability goals. In this role, you will report to the VP of Growth and partner cross‑functionally with the eCommerce team, creative and social teams, logistics, customer service, etc. This role will wear multiple hats, operate in a fast‑paced environment, stay nimble as change occurs, and is a high‑impact opportunity. This role is based out of Los Angeles, CA but we are open to remote candidates who are willing to travel as outlined below.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate has deep experience growing a DTC brand, building out the marketing funnel strategy (Meta, Google, Email, TikTok/Social) and managing agencies. You have a data‑centric approach, bias for action, collaboration superpowers, and experience managing agency partners. You like to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges, from daily operational tasks to strategic projects.
Key Accountabilities
Own and scale the DTC channel and serve as a key driver of brand discovery, education, and conversion across all sales channels.
Manage a multi‑million dollar marketing budget spanning direct response and brand marketing (Meta, TikTok, Streaming TV, Influencer, and Agency partnerships), ensuring investments are optimized for both short‑term ROAS and long‑term LTV growth.
Develop and execute full‑funnel digital growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Email/SMS, SEO/blog, influencer, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
Own DTC financial performance, driving profitable growth through optimization of CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention metrics.
Design and execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives across PDPs, landing pages, email, and paid ads to continuously improve on‑site conversion and user experience.
Lead lifecycle marketing strategy to improve retention and repeat purchase behavior through segmentation, automation, loyalty, and personalized customer journeys.
Drive New‑to‑Brand (NTB) acquisition through audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization strategies.
Partner with Creative, Social Media Manager and Lifecycle/Retention Manager to foster accountability, collaboration, and creative excellence.
Oversee agency and platform partnerships, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and alignment on growth objectives and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, eCommerce, customer service, and retail) to align campaigns, forecasts, and promotional calendars that drive overall business results.
Own and optimize the Shopify storefront, overseeing merchandising, UX, and CRO roadmaps with dev partners to maximize conversion and engagement.
Leverage advanced analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify) to build reporting frameworks, analyze results, and inform strategic decisions.
Lead DTC product launch strategy, coordinating content, paid, and lifecycle marketing plans to maximize reach and conversion.
Stay ahead of industry trends and performance benchmarks, identifying new channels, tools, and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience and proven track record of effectively building and executing DTC and digital marketing strategies
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills, with experience in leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance
Organized, detail‑oriented, able to balance multiple priorities at once
Based in LA or open to 1x/month travel to LA
US work authorization. Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (i.e., H1‑B visa, F‑1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non‑immigrant status).

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $120k–$140k annually with potential for bonus.
