Global Ecom Partners (GEP) is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused on growing brands across eCommerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on Amazon and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. The role drives growth by building scalable external marketing functions and DTC campaigns. Role:

DTC Marketing Manager Type:

Contract-to-Hire (Initial 3–6 month contract, potential to transition to full-time) Salary Range (contract phase):

$6,000–$8,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. About Us GEP is a prominent player in the Amazon marketplace, ranking among the top 200 Amazon sellers. Over the last decade, the company has focused on cultivating successful wholesale partnerships with approximately 60 renowned brands. Role Overview As the DTC Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full customer acquisition funnel for multiple brands, from paid traffic and conversion strategy to analytics and reporting. You’ll be responsible for launching and optimizing DTC campaigns (with a focus on Shopify, Google PPC, and social marketing) while developing processes that can scale. This is a contract-to-hire role designed to start as a performance-based engagement. If there’s a strong mutual fit and measurable results, the position may transition into a full-time opportunity with broader potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full-funnel DTC strategies for Shopify and other eCommerce platforms. Audit brand storefronts and identify key conversion and growth opportunities. Align DTC strategy with overall brand objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Paid Traffic & Media Management

Evaluate current and potential Google Ads and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) strategies to determine whether they should be managed in-house or outsourced to a specialized partner. Identify and vet external partners or agencies with proven results in PPC and social media advertising, assessing both fit and potential for referral income opportunities. Develop a clear recommendation framework for how external traffic sources can best drive high-quality acquisition for each brand. Guide the implementation of retargeting and remarketing strategies — either internally or through selected partners — to maximize customer lifetime value.

Required Experience & Skills

4–7 years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing. Proven success managing campaigns on Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms. Deep understanding of digital funnels, CRO, and paid media optimization. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or Triple Whale. Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously. Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to operate independently within a fast-paced environment. Initial Contract Duration: 3–6 months (part-time or full-time, depending on availability). Conversion Opportunity: Option to transition to full-time employment based on performance, results, and mutual fit.
