As a Junior Associate on either our Advertiser or Media Partnerships teams, you’ll work alongside industry veterans from leading performance marketing and adtech companies, cutting‑edge technologists, and data‑driven strategists. You’ll gain firsthand experience running high‑stakes campaigns, building relationships with brand partners, and uncovering opportunities to grow revenue and audience engagement. What You’ll Do Business Development & Partner Management

Prospect and pitch new media partners through outbound outreach, emails, and industry networking

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through day‑to‑day account management

Serve as a strategic coordinator to publisher and media partners by maintaining an active pipeline and consistently achieving activity and revenue targets

Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase investment

Travel periodically for in‑person partner meetings and industry events

Operations & Performance Analysis

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and partner satisfaction

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities

Prepare post‑campaign reports and partnership performance summaries

Leverage data insights to build compelling success narratives for prospects

Partner with senior sales leadership to close strategic, high‑value partnerships
