Role Overview:
As a
Account Manager , you\'ll become a strategic cornerstone of our organization, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to cultivate and grow advertiser relationships that directly amplify revenue and yield for the business. Your role blends strategic vision, execution, and relationship management; empowering you to leverage Moxxi\'s owned media to enhance client ROAS while optimizing internal yield.
You\'ll take ownership of the advertiser lifecycle, applying your performance-marketing expertise to elevate campaigns, craft strategic solutions, and unlock scaled client investment and efficiency. This position offers you a unique balance of creativity, strategic impact, and measurable results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment where your contributions will be immediately visible and highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete campaign lifecycle, from technical setup (API/pixel configuration) and launch strategy to ongoing management and optimization, driving account onboarding and sustained growth.
Use Moxxi’s analytics and ad-serving tools to drive incremental ROI for both advertisers and Moxxi.
Partner with various teams to implement creative and targeting tests to increase conversions, internal ROAS yield and lead quality.
Constantly monitor live campaigns to ensure pacing, performance, and quality KPIs are being met while quickly triaging issues and deploying solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership on opportunity analysis and offer scaling strategies.
Manage a portfolio of advertisers, focusing on relationship depth, spend growth, and retention.
Understand each advertiser’s business model and unlock scalable spend opportunities through testing, targeting, and strategic alignment.
Manage multiple accounts efficiently, using data to identify shared strategies across advertisers.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, offering data-driven updates, strategy recommendations, and growth plans.
Work closely with the internal team to understand yield and supply dynamics and ensure we’re maximizing our media footprint with Advertiser monetization.
Mastering the spectrum of diverse ad-serving strategies (targeting, creative, time of day, etc.) across categories, identifying which approaches yield stronger results in specific contexts and understanding the key variables that influence campaign effectiveness.
What You\'ll Bring
3 - 5+ years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance-based account management (coreg experience a plus).
Strong grasp of campaign optimization levers: targeting, data feedback loops, creative testing, etc.
Analytical mindset — comfortable digging into performance data, identifying patterns, and making actionable decisions.
Effective communicator with a proven ability to build rapport, manage stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure.
