About the Role Marketing Manager leads creative, B2B Web acquisition campaigns and drives revenue growth through Google Paid Search, data‑driven optimization and cross‑channel brand strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, manage, and execute B2B User Acquisition campaigns across Google Paid Search; drive Web traffic for B2B users.
Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns with a data‑driven approach, leveraging A/B tests.
Participate in full‑cycle creative production and provide data‑based recommendations for creative refinement.
Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting; contribute to automation of campaign management.
Work with the central Marketing team to create aligned customer communications across all channels, ensuring consistent brand messages.
What You'll Need
Experience in driving users to Web.
2+ years of digital or performance marketing in a high‑growth environment.
Expertise in performance campaign execution, focusing on Google Paid Search.
A proven track record of successfully running campaigns.
Strong digital data analytics skills.
Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts and enjoy working with data.
Natural curiosity and desire to make an impact.
