Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:

Summary The Strategic Marketing Specialist will support the Strategic Marketing Manager in driving Lee Health’s brand, service lines, and marketing initiatives. This role will oversee, organize, and implement marketing projects across multiple media types including print, web display, outdoor, direct mail, and multimedia, ensuring consistent use of Lee Health branding by maintaining standards, guidelines, and updates. The Specialist will manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track and within budget; support service line and system teams to ensure all tactics align with strategic objectives and reflect brand identity and purpose; and execute strategic plans by assisting with campaign planning, content development, reporting, asset management, and event support. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing creative briefs, assisting with proofing and editing, routing materials for approval, and clearly communicating expectations.
Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field required. 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience required. Minimum of two years experience developing and managing creative briefs and overseeing and executing market projects across multimedia required. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience preferred.
