As our first full-time marketing hire, the

E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

will be a key player in executing our brand's online strategy. You'll work directly with our CMO and Executive Leadership Team, wearing multiple hats to support our digital presence and drive business growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for CPG, cannabis, and e-commerce.

What You'll Do

Organic Social Media:

Manage the day-to-day content calendar for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). This includes scheduling posts, creating engaging stories, and actively managing our online community by responding to comments and DMs in our brand voice.

Shopify & E-commerce Operations:

Assist the CMO with delegated tasks within the daily management of our ecommerce environment. This includes setting up and executing promotions, managing product listings, and helping to maintain the health of our e-commerce environment.

Email Marketing Support:

Delegated assistance with the execution of our email marketing campaigns, including building and scheduling emails and assisting with list segmentation.

Content & Asset Management:

Organize and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, ensuring they are ready for use across all platforms.

Auxiliary Support:

Assist with various marketing tasks as needed, such as coordinating with contractors, helping with event logistics, and supporting communications.

Who You Are

You have

2-3 years of experience

in a marketing role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand.

You're proficient with

Shopify

and comfortable working within an e-commerce platform.

You have a solid understanding of

organic social media

and a proven ability to manage and grow a brand's presence.

You're a

self-starter

who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can work with a high degree of autonomy.

You have a strong

attention to detail , are highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You're a strong communicator, both in writing and in person.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is targeted at $55,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and location. We are committed to offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the value you will bring to our team and our stage of growth.
