Job Description
This role contributes to the organization’s success by supporting the efficient review and routing of packaging artwork in collaboration with Partnerships and internal teams. The Creative Project Specialist ensures brand compliance, facilitates cross-functional feedback, and manages artwork submissions through Adobe WorkFront, helping to maintain the integrity and consistency of packaging.
Responsibilities
- Download and conduct an initial review of packaging artworks from the system.
- Route packaging artwork submissions to Brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders (IP, MarCom, R&D, Global Coffee, Ethical Sourcing, Regulatory).
- Utilize Adobe WorkFront to manage and track artwork routing efficiently.
- Summarize and communicate actionable feedback from cross-functional teams in a timely manner.
- Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.
Technology requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe WorkFront (or similar artwork routing and proofing tools)
Qualifications
- Degree or certifications required: High School Diploma
- Years experience: 1-2 years of experience in artwork review and routing (prefer consumer packaging)
- Skills: Attention to detail; Strong communication (written and verbal); Proficiency in Adobe WorkFront or similar artwork routing/proofing tools; Strong ability to independently summarize and communicate feedback; Artwork review and routing; Consumer Packaging (highly preferred); Experience in a matrixed organization; Cross-functional work experience; Compliance with brand guidelines and IP principles; Project management experience; Creative coursework (or relevant work experience)
