About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take the lead on influencer, affiliate, and content partnerships—with a strong focus on TikTok. You’ll build and scale a high-performance influencer program that drives revenue, grows brand awareness, and generates engaging, on‑brand content. This role combines strategy and execution: you’ll lead partnerships while also managing outreach, negotiations, and analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (with heavy TikTok emphasis)
• Build and manage creator and affiliate partnerships focused on ROI and long‑term brand value
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and optimize performance at both campaign and partner levels
• Launch and grow a performance‑based affiliate program with micro and mid‑tier creators
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to repurpose influencer content for paid media
• Track KPIs, report results, and continuously optimize for performance and ROI
• Stay on top of creator trends, emerging talent, and evolving platform tools
• Partner with creative teams to produce authentic, high‑performing UGC content

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, ideally in beauty, CPG, or wellness
• Deep understanding of TikTok creator culture, trends, and content formats
• Proven success managing a large network of creators and partnerships
• Skilled in negotiation, analytics, and budget management
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with growth, creative, and content teams
• A proactive, data‑driven, and communicative mindset
• Bonus: Experience with affiliate or influencer tools like Impact, Grin, or similar
