Help our clients dominate their market and grow sustainably. Your Role: As a Marketing Coach, you’ll guide small business owners to turn their marketing vision into real results. You’ll connect strategy to execution, keeping clients focused, aligned, and moving forward. This is a full‑time role (32+ hours per week), reporting to the CMO. The position is remote, with optional travel for major client meetups or retreats. What You’ll Do: Every Marketing Coach at reFOCUS operates with a CMO mindset — guiding clients with strategy, not scripts. You’ll help them identify blind spots, shape their message, and build systems that drive measurable growth. In this role, you will: Lead clients to clarify goals, define positioning, and build effective marketing strategies. Design and oversee growth systems that connect brand, content, ads, and client experience. Coach business owners with honesty — celebrating wins and addressing roadblocks directly. Collaborate with our creative and client teams to ensure alignment and performance. Track metrics, analyze data, and adjust plans to keep momentum strong. Support our broader mission by raising the bar for what great marketing looks like. What You’ll Bring: Experience leading marketing or sales for a growing business (agency or in‑house). Strong project management skills — timelines, priorities, and accountability. Ability to read and act on performance data quickly and accurately. Excellent communicator who can guide a room full of strong opinions with confidence.Comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute. A leadership mindset focused on impact, ownership, and outcomes. Compensation Performance Review: Pay increase after 90 days based on results. Fractional CMO Opportunities: Eligible for $60 /hour client work after demonstrating strategic leadership. Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Profit Share (after one year). $100 when a client you manage reaches 6 months. $250 when a client reaches 12 months. 5% commission on any client upsells or cross‑sells. $250–$500 referral bonus for bringing in new clients.
