Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Overview

The Handless Handle is a CPG startup born out of Indiana University. We design and sell an easy-to-install cabinet attachment that allows users to open cabinets and pull-out waste bins with their foot — a simple innovation for a cleaner, more convenient home.

We currently sell on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and our own eCommerce store, and we’re looking to scale our content output to drive organic growth and brand awareness.

What we need

We’re seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to help us grow and manage our online presence.

Commitment

5–10 hours per week

Compensation

$10/hour + sales commission based on performance

Responsibilities

• Run and grow The Handless Handle’s social media accounts
• Create and manage content calendars
• Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple platforms
• Maintain a strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends
• Lead influencer and UGC outreach, communication, and relationship management
• Consistently post creative and engaging content on multiple platforms

What you need

• Currently attending Indiana University
• Creative mindset with strong content ideas
• Proficiency in major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic video editing and content creation skills
• Eagerness to grow with a fast-moving startup
• [Bonus] 1+ years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing
