Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Instructional Designer. In this role, you will develop innovative and effective e-learning solutions that enhance the learning experience for various support teams, including data centers. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging course content that meets instructional design standards and aligns with organizational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on employee training and development.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Integrated Learning Program Managers, other Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

Design, develop, write, and maintain courseware using e-learning authoring tools and microlearning techniques to create interactive content such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.

Create supporting materials including slides, handouts, lab instructions, and lab solutions that emphasize essential tasks for operational roles.

Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to ensure training programs are effective and relevant.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant work experience in instructional design or related fields.

A degree in instructional design or a related field is preferred but not required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, learner context, and task analyses.

Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, with advanced capabilities in developing sophisticated learning interactions.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe PremierPro for video editing.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create impactful training programs.

Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to troubleshoot technology-related issues effectively.

Additional Details

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months

Pay Range: $41.50 - $47 per hour

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
