This position is Contract to Hire
Responsibilities
Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration.
Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.
Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.
Qualifications
Must have:
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment.
Must have:
Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
Must have:
Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Must have:
Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
Must have:
Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience:
8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
Compensation + Benefits Total compensation details: Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means future increases are based on company and personal performance, not annual cost-of-living adjustments.
