About the role As Manager, Data Center Design, you will lead the design of multiple data center projects—from greenfield builds to tenant fit‑outs—across the United States. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders; managing the work of our data center providers and A/E consultants; ensuring all architectural, MEP, and IT infrastructure designs meet CoreWeave’s stringent performance, scalability, and efficiency requirements; providing support through the construction phase; and serving as the single point of contact for design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in data center engineering or design.
Demonstrated experience successfully completing data center design projects, such as greenfield construction, tenant fit‑outs, or build‑to‑suit.
Technical knowledge of critical data center infrastructure systems—cooling (air‑ and water‑cooled chiller plants, liquid cooling), power distribution (UPS systems, generators), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience with the design requirements of large‑scale, high‑density data centers and cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Professional certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD, ATS, AOS), BICSI (RCDD), or LEED AP.
Desired Qualities
Love managing complex, concurrent projects from concept to completion while aligning with budgets and schedules.
Curiosity about new technologies and design concepts and a drive for innovative solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $122,000 – $179,000.
