Overview
Telecommunications Project Manager – Columbia, MD. This role involves engineering solutions for communication companies, wireless carriers, and tower owners. Hybrid position with office and remote days. Responsibilities
Manage projects and clients as the primary point of contact (main client is Verizon). Review advanced engineering designs and/or technical data for completion and accuracy. Maintain quality control/quality assurance on all assigned projects. Participate in formulating and coordinating proposals and provide marketing and business development support. Identify and develop opportunities with existing and potential clients. Negotiate scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules with supervisor approval. Ensure meeting productivity and financial targets (profit, unbilled, accounts receivable) and direct the Project Accounting team on invoicing. Supervise up to 4 direct reports. Possible travel within the DMV region; company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be available. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and/or related field is required. 7+ years of experience in related field. PE license is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license for site visits. Basic understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D for design review. Strong understanding of RFDs, structural, zoning and construction drawings, and telecom plan assembly. Excellent technical and non-technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Skills & Details

Mid-Senior level Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $110,000.00 – $154,000.00 per year. Company-paid medical, dental, and vision; paid leave; disability and life insurance; 401(k)/Roth; PTO including parental and military leave; employee referrals and professional license bonuses; overtime policy for eligible exempt employees with billable hours.
