Role Summary As a Senior Influencer Marketing Account Manager, you will lead and build influencer marketing campaigns for our hair, skin and color cosmetics clients, which includes leading influencer/talent strategy and relationships, content briefing and review, reporting and project managing various ongoing activations.

Our ideal candidate has around 4‑8 years of experience in marketing (brand or agency side), including campaign development, pitching/negotiation, solid understanding of influencer culture and experience handling project tracking/reporting. Team management experience is required and beauty/lifestyle experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage overall client relationship including day‑to‑day communication and ongoing campaign support.

Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and changes in the influencer marketing landscape.

Partner with lead internal teams to plan, coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Create engaging and compelling briefs that outline campaign objectives, deliverables and key messaging for influencers.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Provide insights and takeaways to internal and client teams.

Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines, messaging and disclosure guidelines.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Maintain relationships with talent agencies and vendor partners.

Support internal and external initiatives.

Qualifications

Working with talent and agents, especially in the beauty/lifestyle space.

Experience in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and follow‑through is crucial.

Team management experience.

4‑8 years of marketing experience (brand or agency side), including campaign development and pitching/negotiation.

Solid understanding of influencer culture and experience handling project tracking/reporting.

Beauty/lifestyle experience strongly preferred.
