JR24-2586**Compensation Range:**$53,450.27 - $84,855.13**Position Summary:****Hiring Salary Range:** $53,450.27 to $58,795.29 depending on qualifications.This position is responsible for supporting the student call center portal and coordination of the call center business processes. In addition, (1) represents Student Services in the development of marketing and communications material to support prospective or current HCC students, (2) works closely with colleagues in the Registrar’s and Marketing Offices, IT-Web unit and campus community and (3) develops online communications, website content, presentation materials, and any other communication relating to students. Excellent written communications skills, experience with CRM systems, experience with ADA compliance, and HTML experience is required.**Job Duties:*** Drafts, edits, and manages the sending of communications to HCC student body via HTML coded email, phone, SMS text, AI chatbot, and other means.* Maintains consistent communication with and oversight of third-party call center vendor. Including but not limited to monitoring and ensuring response to escalations, providing regular knowledge-base updates, and monitoring call volume, ASA, abandon rates, and budget.* Coordinating with all student services offices and Marketing & Public relations to keep communication schedule up to date and available. Enter and update items on online Student Services Communications Calendar on internal Sharepoint site.* Oversee web content updates for all areas of Student Services, Student Financial Services, and other student facing offices in coordination with Marketing & Public Relations.* Assist the Director of Enrollment Management and VP SSEM with department initiatives related to increasing access and enrollment, including the development and coordination of communications, events, video tutorials, or other college-wide campaigns.* Manages college-wide student services knowledgebase for Mainstay Gwen AI chatbot ensuring consistent information with college processes and the call center knowledgebase. Reviews and responds to student replies via the chatbot and manages campus-based escalation response team.* Create, edit, revise, publish SSEM publications like the student handbook, newsletters, high school counseling manual, student activities handbook, and recruitment publications. Coordinating with Marketing and Public Relations where applicable.* Assist with other SSEM projects as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:**Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field and three years related experience.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field* Excellent written communications skills* Experience with CRM systems* Experience with ADA compliance* HTML experience**Close Date**: November 21, 2025.
