About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a marketing ninja — part strategist, part operator, part collaborator — to help orchestrate high-impact, integrated marketing programs, and own our North America webinar program. This role sits on the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation team and combines marketing program management, operational rigor, and digital fluency. The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving alignment, accountability, and visibility across marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution of integrated programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution; ensuring all teams are working toward a shared vision and delivering on time and with impact. You’ll also lead our fast-paced webinar program, spanning owned, sponsored, and partner-led webinars, ensuring each aligns to our broader demand generation strategy and delivers measurable business results. You’ll be the connective force ensuring every marketing program comes together to deliver demand, efficiency, and marketing excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You’ll Use JIRA, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, Goldcast What You’ll Do Integrated Program Planning:
Orchestrate across cross-functional teams; including product marketing, content, marketing operations, website, channel owners, and design; to develop cohesive channel plans that support Tier 1 and Tier 2 marketing programs. Align goals, messaging, and performance metrics to maximize impact and pipeline contribution. Webinar Program Leadership:
Own the full webinar strategy and execution — from planning and promotion to post-event analysis. Collaborate across teams to source strong topics and speakers, ensure flawless execution across owned, sponsored, and partner webinars, and continuously optimize performance and pipeline impact. Operational Excellence:
Lead marketing program management with precision and accountability. Manage roadmaps across multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clear and achieved. Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, visibility, and collaboration. Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as a bridge across the marketing organization, ensuring strong alignment and shared ownership of priorities. Listen actively, process feedback and direction thoughtfully, and adapt plans to meet stakeholder needs. Demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness, and empathy in your interactions — fostering trust and collaboration across teams and levels. Execution & Insights:
Partner with channel managers to consolidate execution details and performance insights across digital, paid, and partner channels. Package results and recommendations into executive-ready presentations that communicate impact and drive optimization decisions. Performance Reporting:
Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and the broader team. Conduct A/B testing to generate actionable insights and continuously improve program effectiveness. Skills We’re Looking For A master orchestrator and program manager who is skilled at connecting strategy to execution, aligning teams, and keeping complex marketing initiatives running smoothly. Experienced in B2B digital marketing and demand generation, with a clear understanding of how campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Proven ability to plan and execute high-volume webinar programs across owned, sponsored, and partner formats. Naturally curious and AI-fluent, always exploring new ways to improve team efficiency — whether through smarter use of AI tools, process optimization, or innovative marketing technology Data-driven and analytical, with experience in performance reporting, forecasting, and optimization. A strong project manager who can juggle multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and maintain accountability across teams. Adept at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Paid Media. Exceptional communicator who is able to convey strategy, results, and next steps clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Typically 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, program management, or campaign operations. You’ll be at the center of the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation engine, ensuring that cross-channel programs run efficiently and effectively. At the same time, you’ll manage the webinar program end to end. This role provides a unique view into owning performance of a mission-critical channel, while also offering the opportunity to collaborate across nearly every marketing and channel function, from creative and content to product and partnerships. We’re hybrid — Denver and Oakland are preferred locations. The compensation range shown is a target for the role and location and may include incentives or bonuses. Individual compensation is determined by role, level, skills, experience, and market demand. Your recruiter can share the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
