Conduct and lead mobile ethnographic research using a mix of qualitative methods Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations of homeowners Champion ethnographic research methods within the UX Research team Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that align with strategy initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research meets business objectives Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in strategic research engagements Proven ability to lead and deliver in a fast-paced, business-focused environment Experience designing and managing multi-phase qualitative studies Strong skills in translating complex qualitative data into meaningful insights Comfort operating with high ambiguity in collaboration with business partners Preferred Qualifications
