Position Summary We’re seeking a full‑time Influencer Marketing Specialist for our Los Angeles‑based corporate office. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑paced team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fashion trends across media, celebrities, influencers, and brands. You are creative yet analytical, passionate about building relationships, and thrive in an environment where innovation and adaptability are key. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, resourceful, and eager to shape their career in influencer marketing while contributing to the continued growth of SHEIN.

Job Responsibilities

Strategically identify talent for brand campaigns, and long‑term programs that maximize ROI and meet campaign KPIs

Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and execution

Review influencer content to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment with campaign goals

Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights to optimize strategy

Maintain and update the influencer database with accurate partnership and performance records

Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, finance, social, brand PR and project management teams to follow company protocols and processes

Leverage tools such as Tribe Dynamics for social tracking, database management, and KPI reporting

Utilize Asana to support effective project management and team collaboration.

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the fashion industry

Established network of influencer and celebrity talent relationships, with a strong eye for emerging talent

Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and problem‑solve

Able to operate independently while navigating ambiguity, making sound decisions in dynamic situations

Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, X/Twitter, Facebook) and evolving digital marketing trends

Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with creative, social, PR, and other marketing teams both domestically and internationally

Strategic and creative thinker with the flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
