About the Role Future is seeking a
Lifecycle Marketing Manager
to own and scale our customer journey and communication strategy across multiple DTC and digital health brands. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who lives and breathes
Klaviyo, segmentation, and retention strategy , and understands how to turn lifecycle insights into measurable growth.
This is a
part-time role
to start, with the expectation to grow into a
full-time position .
What You'll Do
Design and optimize full-funnel lifecycle programs
in Klaviyo, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and reactivation flows.
Develop and execute email and SMS campaign strategies
that nurture leads, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer LTV.
Segment audiences
using behavioral and transactional data to deliver highly personalized messages that convert.
Analyze campaign data
to uncover insights and inform strategy — improving open rates, CTR, and conversion performance over time.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams
to craft copy, visuals, and offers that align with each brand’s voice and growth goals.
Stay ahead of DTC and ecommerce trends , testing new retention tactics, automations, and Klaviyo features.
Report on key performance metrics
and communicate learnings and next steps in a clear, actionable way.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in
email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing , in
ecommerce or DTC
environments.
Deep, hands-on expertise with
Klaviyo
— including flow setup, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
Strong understanding of
Shopify or WooCommerce
ecosystems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategy.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and design sensibility.
Passion for digital health, wellness, and scaling meaningful consumer brands.
