We’re seeking a Marketing Project & Program Manager — a highly organized, execution-focused professional who thrives on driving complex initiatives from concept to completion. This is the operational backbone of the marketing team — ensuring every campaign, product launch, and trade show is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning across all marketing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional input (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Vendors) and ensure clear accountability.
Lead weekly status meetings, track progress in project management tools and communicate risks and mitigations.
Develop standardized workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards for project tracking and post-launch review.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
Support the Director of Marketing in planning, budgeting, and reporting on marketing programs and ROI.
Coordinate tradeshow logistics, booth assets, shipping schedules, and on-site execution.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives in all deliverables.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience managing marketing or cross-departmental projects (manufacturing, B2B, or distribution industries a plus).
Demonstrated ability to build and manage timelines, prioritize resources, and enforce accountability.
Strong communicator—able to distill complex updates for executives and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with data tracking and process improvement.
Experience with collaboration tools
Enjoys structure, organization, and driving results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Bonus Points
PMP or similar project management certification.
Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Experience in irrigation, landscape, or building trades preferred but not mandatory.
