Job Summary The Marketing Manager will drive marketing campaigns, new product introductions, and manage the marketing calendar across the Bron Companies. The Marketing Manager will also oversee and mentor members of the Marketing team and reports to the Director of Marketing. Duties/Responsibilities Drive implementation and development of marketing campaigns that support overall company initiatives. Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve marketing and sales support efforts. Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal departments, vendors and customers. Ensure alignment with Bron Companies Brand Guide. Coordinate new product introductions for successful product launches. Track, measure and report on marketing and sales performance. Understand target customer groups and identify opportunities for growth. Train and develop Marketing team members. Oversee day-to-day workflow of the Marketing department. Maintain knowledge of current marketing best practices. Other duties as assigned.
