Position: Marketing Manager — The Marketing Manager will drive marketing campaigns, manage new product introductions, and oversee the marketing calendar for Bron Companies. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will mentor members of the Marketing team. Responsibilities Drives implementation and development of marketing campaigns that support overall company initiatives Recommends, develops, and implements innovative ideas to improve marketing and sales support efforts Collaborates and communicates with multiple internal departments, outside vendors, and customers Ensures alignment with Bron Companies Brand Guide Coordinates new product introductions to ensure successful product launches Tracks, measures, and reports on marketing and sales performance Understands target customer groups and analyzes profiles to identify growth opportunities through product or market level support Trains and develops marketing team members Oversees day-to-day workflow of the Marketing department Maintains knowledge of current marketing best practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of marketing experience 2-4 years of experience in a management level role Industrial or manufacturing related experience preferred Required Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills Platform Experience : Required: Social Media Channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Platform Experience Preferred : NetSuite ERP HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM Microsoft Planner Sprout Social Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000 annually DOE Benefits Bron Tapes offers a full benefits package after 30 days of employment. 401k with match (after 60 days of employment) Medical – United Healthcare Dental – United Healthcare Vision – United Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) MetLife Plans (Accident, Legal, ID Theft, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity) Paid Vacation and Sick Time Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
