What You’ll Do Develop and execute data-driven PR plans that support your client’s business goals. Lead day-to-day public relations activities, from writing media materials to managing media outreach and event support – all while being organized and looking ahead. Monitor, measure and report on earned program results using insights to optimize and improve. Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, delivering clear communication and proactive recommendations. Contribute to strategic planning, including research, ideation and identifying new opportunities to drive engagement. Maintain strong relationships with traditional and nontraditional media, industry influencers and stakeholders. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5-7 years in PR, communications or a related field. Proven experience managing media relations, content development and reporting. Outstanding organizational and time management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. And you know what’s ahead. A collaborative mindset and the confidence to guide projects forward. Familiarity with specialty agriculture, livestock and ag equipment is a major plus. A passion for learning, curiosity about your clients’ businesses and a drive to grow your skills. Location and Compensation Location: Open to candidates based anywhere in the Midwest. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Salary Range: $60,000-80,000 annually The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
