Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to support a large-scale enterprise learning management initiative. This role involves creating documentation and training content for our client staff as part of the Lumen implementation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to support a large-scale enterprise learning management initiative. This role involves creating documentation and training content for our client staff as part of the Lumen implementation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Work with System Analysts to document processes for the Enterprise Learning Management System.
- Review, refine, and standardize documentation across our client.
- Maintain documentation libraries and ensure content accessibility.
- Conduct content reviews and ensure all documentation meets quality standards.
- Manage documentation schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Support testing and validation of LMS content, including unit and integration testing.
- Provide regular updates and reports on documentation progress.
- Identify and address documentation-related risks and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, training documentation, or related roles.
- Strong background in developing SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
- Experience with Lumen or another electronic learning system.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, ensuring content accuracy within the LMS.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and best practices.
