Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Producer, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering tailored insurance solutions to valued clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + commissions
- Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions by quoting and renewing personal lines policies.
- Collaborate with carriers and utilize industry software to manage accounts effectively.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to serving others in all client interactions.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with 0-1 years of experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar insurance software is a plus.
