About the Role
As a UX Researcher II, you will manage people who help teams to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will act as a high‑level research expert for the team and represent UX research to peers, managers, and executives across the company and to external audiences.

Responsibilities
- Plan studies and conduct research studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
- Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
- Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
- Work with designers to iterate and test solutions.
- Keep up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
- Recruit participants for studies.
Requirements
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
- Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
- Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
- Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area.
- Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
- Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
