Reporting to the CMO, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the organization’s voice, build brand awareness, and spearhead innovative campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities: Manage Ohel’s website, collaborating with internal teams to create content, all with an eye towards increasing our SEO Contribute to, develop, and implement an integrated marketing strategy across digital, print, and community channels Create and lead your own projects that raise awareness, engage donors, and promote programs Collaborate with program teams to translate impact into compelling campaigns and donor communications Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and present insights to leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, preferably in nonprofits Hands-on experience maintaining, updating, and optimizing websites built on the WordPress platform preferred Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 7-9 years of marketing experience Exceptional creativity and the ability to generate and lead your own initiatives Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail Collaborative and positive attitude, an effective team player Curiosity!
