Overview Hiring: Full-time Creative Marketing Support - Remote - $9,600 to $15,600/yr Role overview: You will help the Head of Marketing by designing, organizing, and optimizing visual content across channels. This role involves creative execution, asset management, and light motion work to support a fast-scaling brand. Key Responsibilities Creative Asset Creation & Iteration — Design and iterate visual assets for ads, organic social, email, and website using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools; translate briefs into engaging concepts; produce multiple ad variations for performance testing across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok; add motion graphics or subtle animations; repurpose assets for multiple platforms; execute with minimal supervision. Technical Implementation & Platform Updates — Upload and update creative assets on Shopify; manage Klaviyo email/SMS templates; ensure asset formats and optimizations are appropriate for digital use; support rollout across web and marketing systems. Digital Asset Management — Oversee Stockpress and maintain tagging, categorization, and version control; keep naming conventions and structure for easy retrieval; track third-party files and deliver assets to internal teams. Wireframing & Web Optimization — Use Figma to create mockups and layouts; collaborate with web designer on simple UI improvements; provide updated visuals to support testing and optimization. Team Coordination & Communication — Work with Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to manage workflow; communicate updates clearly via Slack and project tools; coordinate with external vendors as needed; maintain creative consistency and attention to detail. Qualifications Must-Haves — Strong design skills; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; layout, color, and composition expertise. Light video & motion skills — Comfortable with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva for light editing and motion graphics. Figma proficiency — Able to create mockups, wireframes, and collaborate with designers. Tech-savvy — Fast learner of digital tools and SaaS platforms; adaptable to new systems. Organized & detail-oriented — Asset management, naming conventions, digital structure maintenance. Strong communication — Open, proactive, and responsive across Slack and team channels. Nice-to-Haves — Experience in Shopify or Klaviyo for creative asset updates; familiarity with Stockpress or similar DAM tools; exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Sora) or interest in learning them; background in content production, social media marketing, or eCommerce branding.
