About the Role We’re looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about designing for the AI era — crafting interfaces that feel natural, intelligent, and inevitable. Responsibilities Design intuitive, AI-first user experiences that balance automation with user control Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leadership to shape workflows that leverage LLMs and intelligent systems Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows for enterprise-grade software with consumer‑grade usability Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions Define design systems and patterns for AI‑driven interactions (prompts, conversational flows, adaptive UI) Push the boundaries of what “good UX” means in an AI-native context Qualifications 3–6 years of UX/product design experience (startup, SaaS, or enterprise software a plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and system thinking Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.) Extensive experience in using AI products Comfortable with rapid iteration in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity startup environment Bonus: background in service design, design research, or systems thinking What We Offer Define the UX patterns of AI‑first enterprise software Work directly with founders in a high‑growth startup Competitive salary + equity Full health, dental, and vision benefits Work from our Midtown Manhattan office alongside the founding team in a focused, collaborative environment.
