We’re looking for the best of the best — editors who can capture attention in 2 seconds, hold it for 60, and drive action.
As our Senior Video Editor, you’ll transform raw scripts and footage into high-converting, story-driven video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
You’ll collaborate with top-tier creative strategists and UGC creators to craft scroll-stopping, thumb-freezing, revenue-driving ads.
You’re not just cutting clips — you’re building persuasion on screen.
Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form direct-response videos (10s–5min) for paid social
Apply proven frameworks for UGC, mashups, testimonials, and VSLs
Add captions, overlays, CTAs, and motion graphics that look native to each platform
Source UGC clips, b-roll, and supporting visuals that boost emotion and trust
Collaborate with strategists and media buyers to align messaging and test new angles
Create multiple iterations of winning ads for A/B and multivariate testing
Stay up to date on platform trends, viral hooks, and evolving ad formats
Maintain clean, organized project files on Google Drive / Frame.io
Qualifications 2+ years of professional editing experience
Proven experience editing direct-response ads, UGC ads, or VSLs
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects
Deep understanding of story pacing, retention, and conversion psychology
Familiar with metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, and CPA
Comfortable with rapid iteration and feedback cycles
Bonus: Experience using AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
