Marketing Assistant (Full Time) Location: Corporate Warehouse Office – 800 Patrol Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 The Marketing Assistant position reports directly to the Site Manager and Marketing Director. This role is responsible for completing tasks associated with e‑commerce, marketing, and visual merchandising requests and deliverables, including but not limited to: Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of online merchandising, including product setup, photography coordination, copywriting, and lifecycle maintenance from initial upload through post‑launch optimization. Create, edit, and maintain product pages and landing pages to ensure accurate information, strong visual presentation, and an engaging user experience. Identify, diagnose, and resolve website issues in collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth site performance. Partner with buying teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align on product launches, promotions, and marketing timelines. Oversee multiple concurrent marketing and e‑commerce projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, new store openings, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives. Analyze e‑commerce and campaign performance metrics to inform strategies and improve outcomes. Support other marketing and e‑commerce initiatives as needed. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience in marketing or e‑commerce accepted. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or administrative support within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Self‑starter with strong initiative, thriving in both independent and team settings. Proven analytical thinking and data‑driven problem‑solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or content management systems a plus. Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail. Retail experience, especially in consumer goods industries, highly desirable.
