Marketing Manager

We are a growing company in the firearms and shooting sports industry, dedicated to serving our community with top-tier products, experiences, and customer service. Our team is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed to building a trusted and respected brand in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will execute and evolve our brand, campaigns, and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who brings experience in marketing, especially in the firearms or outdoor industry, and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing and evolving our brand strategy across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Help plan and implement marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
  • Assist in preparation for trade shows and attend trade shows if needed.
  • Responsible for website maintenance and design updates to ensure functionality, brand consistency, and positive user experience.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of content, including product launches, promotions, and newsletters.
  • Bring fresh ideas for growth, engagement, and innovation in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail across all brand visuals and messaging to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assist with or lead photography, video production, and editing.
  • Stay current on industry trends, events, and consumer behaviors relevant to the firearms and shooting sports market.
  • Work closely with the current marketing team members on all projects and tasks.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and the leadership team to communicate marketing strategy, daily tasks, performance metrics, and campaign updates.
  • Help to manage day-to-day marketing operations, including setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the firearms, outdoor, or sporting goods industry.
  • Understanding of brand development and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and diligence.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, design software, etc.).
  • Self-starter who works well in a team-focused and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the industry and a solid understanding of its culture, language, and customer base.
  • Preferred experience with photo/video production, content creation, or graphic design.
